Before ordering a replacement, measure the fabric length from arm to arm (not the awning's rail length) and confirm your awning model and roller tube size. How do I measure for a Velarium replacement fabric?

Measure the existing fabric end to end while it is fully extended, from the outside of one arm to the outside of the other. Do not use the awning's advertised size, since fabric width is typically 7 to 8 inches shorter than the rail. Also note the roller tube diameter and confirm the color code on the existing fabric tag. Ordering by rail length instead of fabric length is the most common cause of returns.

Can I install a Velarium replacement fabric myself?

Yes. Most owners replace the fabric in 1 to 2 hours with a helper, a ladder, and basic hand tools. The awning arms stay attached to the RV while you slide the old fabric out of the roller tube and rail, then feed the new Velarium in the same channels.
