What Advent air conditioner models do these accessories fit?

These accessories are designed for Advent Air rooftop units, including the ACM150 (15,000 BTU) and ACM135 (13,500 BTU) non-ducted systems, plus the ACTH11 ceiling assembly with heat strip. Confirm your model number on the unit's data plate before ordering to make sure you get the correct fit. If you run a different brand, see our Furrion ceiling assembly or Dometic non-ducted ceiling assembly collections.

What is the ACTH11 and when do I need one?

The ACTH11 is the Advent ceiling assembly with a built-in heat strip, used on non-ducted installations where you want supplemental electric heat in addition to cooling. It mounts to the standard 14" x 14" roof opening and includes the return air grille, control panel, and heat element. If your rig is ducted instead, look at the Coleman Power Saver HP ducted ceiling assembly as a comparison point for ducted heat pump setups.

Can I reduce startup current on an Advent rooftop AC?

Yes. A soft start kit cuts inrush current at compressor startup, which helps the unit run on a 30-amp pedestal or a generator without tripping breakers. While our dedicated Coleman RV air conditioner soft start collection is Coleman-specific, the same principle applies to Advent compressors. Contact our team at 817-984-1852 to confirm compatibility with your specific ACM150 or ACM135 before ordering.

Does United RV Parts offer free shipping on Advent AC accessories?

Yes. Orders over $100 ship free within the contiguous US. Smaller parts like thermostats, fan blades, and gaskets typically ship via standard ground, while complete ceiling assemblies and shrouds may ship via truck freight depending on size. Shipping method and any freight charges are listed on the individual product page.
