Operating on 115V AC power, this white rooftop air conditioner features a rigid metal base pan and an extra-thick, premium water seal gasket with dense foam support pads to ensure a quiet, secure, and weather-tight installation. Its advanced condensation dispersion system enhances cooling efficiency while eliminating exterior water runoff. The unit offers three fan speeds along with a fan-only option, allowing flexible comfort control, and includes a removable, washable air filter for easy maintenance. Designed to install on a standard 14.25" x 14.25" roof opening, this 68-pound unit measures 31-3/16" long, 24-7/8" wide, and 12-13/16" tall, and must be installed as part of a complete Advent Air system including the ceiling assembly and thermostat.
