United RV Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 before tax to the “Lower 48 States”. This excludes freight items which have a flat rate of $99. Full terms on Shipping Rates below.

The best channel of communication is to text 817-984-1852. Our Customer Experience team will reply to your request as soon as possible. Please include your order number. To avoid any delays in processing your request, we ask that you do not send multiple emails.


All items that are in stock will be shipped within 48 hours during the business week (Monday through Friday). If an item is not in stock, we will get the product to you as quickly as possible. We will notify you via email, text or phone call if there is any delay in our shipping process. Every order will have a tracking number so that you are up to date on your orders status. If you do not receive a tracking number, please email, text or contact us.

*Express, priority or expedited (next day air or 2nd day) shipping (anything other than ground shipping by any freight carrier) has a cut off time of 10AM CST (Monday - Friday). Any order placed after 10AM CST that has expedited shipping requested will ship out the following business day with the type of expedited shipping requested and paid for by the customer. Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days for expedited shipping.

Shipping Rates

All freight items are clearly marked in the part number and description of the product. All rate calculations are based on weight, size, and delivery period. Before the final checkout page, cost and carrier options will be available. Shipping only available in the United States. Freight item shipments only available to the "Lower 48 States"

You can return items sold on unitedrvparts.com. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days. The customer pays the shipping cost on the return item.  To return an item, follow this process:

  1. Start your return by clicking here
  2. Enter the required information - if your item is eligible for a return, you will be able to create a shipping label.
  3. Please return the item in the box used to ship to you, place the return label on the outside of the package, cover any previous shipping labels to ensure the package is delivered appropriately.
  4. If your item is not returnable through the portal, you may need to contact the manufacturer to process a return.  Click the following link for items that need to be returned to the manufacturer.
  5. When your item is received by United RV, it will be inspected, if there is an issue with the return, you will be contacted.
  6. When your refund is issued, your refund will be in the amount of the item cost, minus the shipping cost.

When you return an item, shipping and freight costs are non-refundable. If an item is unsatisfactory to the consumer, please call and talk to an online parts employee. Cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer unless specified otherwise by a United RV online parts employee. When returning a product, please pack your item securely. If you do not have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.

*Note:  All returns are subject to the following United RV return policies:
Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days in unused, new, 100% sellable condition and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Shipping charges are not refunded.
United RV cannot accept returns of electrical items.
United RV cannot accept returns of items that show signs of damage, wear, or use.
Items returned to United RV which are deemed un-returnable will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Scratch and Dent

Scratch and Dent items are sold “as is”. These items can not be returned. Items may not be returnable for “scratch and dent” damage to the exterior. If the item does not functionally work and does not carry warranty then a refund will be available at the online parts teams’ discretion. Please review the product and its damage before purchasing. If the product is no longer available after you purchase the item you will be fully refunded immediately.
