What fresh water RV plumbing parts do you carry?

The collection covers 306 parts across the fresh water side of your rig: 12V water pumps (Shurflo, Flojo), pump filter caps and strainers, shower hose and head kits, city water inlets, check valves, accumulator tanks, fittings, and freshwater tank components. If you are sourcing parts ahead of layup season, also see our RV Winterizing Kits for blowout plugs and antifreeze pumps.

How do I choose the right replacement RV water pump?

Match three specs to your existing pump: flow rate (GPM), pressure cutoff (PSI), and voltage (almost always 12V DC). Most travel trailers and Class C rigs run a 3.0–3.5 GPM pump at 45–55 PSI; larger fifth wheels with multiple fixtures may need 4.0+ GPM. Check the model number on your current pump before ordering, and confirm the inlet/outlet port size (typically 1/2 inch NPT).

Are RV shower hoses a standard size?

Most RV shower hoses use a 1/2 inch standard thread connection, which makes replacement straightforward. Standard hose lengths run 60 to 72 inches. Confirm whether your current setup uses a wall-mount elbow or a flexible hose-only fitting before ordering a complete shower hose and head kit.

What is the filter cap on an RV water pump for?

The filter cap (also called a pump strainer) screws onto the inlet side of your water pump and catches sediment before it reaches the pump internals. Clean or replace it every few months of active use; a clogged strainer is one of the most common causes of weak water pressure and pump short-cycling. Replacement caps are listed by pump brand and series, so verify your pump model before ordering.

Can I get help confirming the right part for my rig?

Yes. If you are unsure about pump GPM, fitting size, or shower hose compatibility, text or call our team at 817-984-1852 with your RV year, make, model, and the part number on the component you are replacing. For related systems, browse 10 Gallon RV Water Heater parts or our RV Electronics collection if you are also troubleshooting a 12V power issue affecting the pump.
