If the product or its packaging shows any signs of being opened, used, or is not in 100% new condition, we will not be able to accept the return. Additionally, if a product is returned using only the manufacturerā€™s box (without being placed inside another box), we will not be able to accept the return. The manufacturerā€™s packaging must remain new and undamaged.
