How do I know if I need a ducted or non-ducted ceiling assembly?

Look at your RV ceiling around the AC unit. If conditioned air comes out of vents spread throughout the coach connected by ductwork in the ceiling, you have a ducted system. If the air discharges directly from the assembly itself at the AC location, it is non-ducted. Ducted assemblies use a simple grille and damper layout; non-ducted assemblies include directional louvers and often an integrated control panel.
