RV faucets use different mounting configurations than standard residential fixtures, so it's worth checking your existing hole spacing and connection type before ordering. Most kitchen faucets here use 4-inch or 8-inch deck mounting, and shower valves are designed for the compact spaces common in RV bathrooms. Browse below to find the right fit for your rig.

How do I choose the right replacement RV shower faucet?

Start by measuring the center-to-center spacing between the hot and cold supply connections on your existing valve. Most RV shower faucets use 4" or 8" centers, and the new valve needs to match. Then confirm two more details: whether you need a shower-only valve or a tub/shower valve with a diverter, and whether your surround is cut for two handles or a single lever. Check the shank connection size on your current supply lines before ordering. Many RV faucets use 1/2" connections, but not all of them do.

Is a camper shower faucet different from a residential shower faucet?

Yes. A camper shower faucet mounts through a thin wall panel or molded surround and connects directly to the supply lines behind it. A residential valve needs an in-wall rough-in body, and most RV walls have no room for one. RV shower faucets are also sized for compact surrounds and often pair with a hand-held shower head and hose. Before ordering, measure your existing valve spacing and check how much access you have behind the wall panel.

What comes in an RV shower valve kit?

Contents vary by listing. Some RV shower valve kits include the valve body, handles, hand-held shower head, and hose. Others are the valve only. Read the product description for each item in this collection, which lists what is included and what is sold separately. If you are matching an existing setup, text or call 817-984-1852 with photos or measurements of your current valve and we will help you confirm the correct fit.

How do I handle an RV kitchen sink faucet replacement?

Measure the center-to-center spacing of the holes in your sink or countertop. RV kitchen faucets commonly use 8" centers, and bathroom lavatory faucets commonly use 4" centers. Count the mounting holes as well, since some kitchen faucets need a third hole for a sprayer. To remove the old faucet, shut off the water pump and city water connection and open a tap to relieve pressure. Then disconnect the supply lines and remove the mounting nuts. Confirm whether your supply lines are PEX or flexible hose so you know if you need adapters. Orders over $100 ship free.

My new RV faucet works, but the hot water is still weak. Is the faucet the problem?

If every fixture in the RV is lukewarm, the cause is usually upstream of the faucet. First check that the water heater bypass valve is set for normal operation, not bypass. Then confirm the heater is firing on gas or electric. If the heater itself has failed, compare the Dometic 6 gallon RV water heaters and 10 gallon RV water heaters to your current tank size and exterior cutout before ordering.
