Designed specifically for travel trailers and RVs with an A-frame tongue, the Bike Bunk raises a standard 2-inch receiver above your propane tanks, providing a secure mounting location for an RV-approved bike rack while keeping your rear bumper free for other accessories.

Constructed from heavy-duty steel, the CC-275 features a durable bolt-on design that installs directly onto your trailer's A-frame using the included frame pockets. The elevated receiver accommodates most RV-approved bike racks designed for a 2-inch receiver hitch, making it an excellent solution for safely transporting bikes without placing additional stress on your RV's rear bumper.

IMPORTANT: Bike rack and bicycles are NOT included.

This product includes only the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk receiver mounting system. 

An RV-approved 2-inch receiver bike rack must be purchased separately.

The Bike Bunk is engineered to support a combined maximum load of 100 lbs, including the weight of both the bike rack and bicycles. Because bike racks vary in size and design, compatibility depends on the rack's dimensions, positioning, and your trailer's turning radius. Always verify adequate clearance before towing.

Propane Tank Clearance

If your propane tanks are positioned beneath the Bike Bunk crossbar, Stromberg Carlson recommends one of the following options to maintain access:

• Replace your existing hard cover with a soft vinyl propane tank cover, allowing access to LP valves and easier tank removal.
• Install a flip-top hard plastic cover for valve access. The Bike Bunk crossbar must be removed when removing the cover to refill propane tanks.
• Leave the propane tanks uncovered for unrestricted access.

Airstream Compatibility

Please Note: The CC-275 does not provide sufficient clearance for Airstream trailers equipped with covered 30-gallon LP tanks. Verify all dimensions before ordering.
