United RV Shipping Policy

Typically, we ship the same day if the order is placed before 3pm Central Time.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 before tax to the “Lower 48 States”. This excludes freight items which have a flat rate of $99 or $49, depending on the product. Full terms on Shipping Rates below.

The best channel of communication is to text 817-984-1852. Our Customer Experience team will reply to your request as soon as possible. Please include your order number. To avoid any delays in processing your request, we ask that you do not send multiple emails.

Shipping

All items that are in stock will be shipped within 48 hours during the business week (Monday through Friday). If an item is not in stock, we will get the product to you as quickly as possible. We will notify you via email, text or phone call if there is any delay in our shipping process. Every order will have a tracking number so that you are up to date on your orders status. If you do not receive a tracking number, please email, text or contact us.

*Express, priority or expedited (next day air or 2nd day) shipping (anything other than ground shipping by any freight carrier) has a cut off time of 10AM CST (Monday - Friday). 

Any order placed after 10AM CST that has expedited shipping requested will ship out the following business day with the type of expedited shipping requested and paid for by the customer. Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days for expedited shipping.

Shipping Rates

At United RV Parts, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services to our customers.

Please review the following details regarding our shipping rates and policies.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $100

Shipping rates for are determined by the shipping provider and are based on dimensional weight, size, destination zip code, and the delivery method selected during checkout.  

Shipping rates will be summarized and detailed in the check-out screen before placing your online order.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 before taxes to the contiguous United States ("Lower 48 States").  

Please note that the $100 threshold applies exclusively to the physical products in your shopping cart and does not include taxes, shipping insurance, or any other associated shipping costs.

Exclusions for Freight Items

Freight items, which are large, bulky products that require specialized transportation (such as Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Slide-out Ski's, etc.), are specifically excluded from the free shipping offer.

These items incur a flat rate shipping fee of $49.00 or $99.00 each per freight item on the order.  Freight items are clearly identified in both the header of the product page and / or in the product description details.

Shipping Availability

Shipping is currently available only within the United States.

Freight item shipments are limited to the "Lower 48 States" only.

Before completing your purchase, shipping costs and carrier options will be displayed on the checkout page for your review.

 Exclusion for Clearance Items

Please note that the free shipping offer does not apply to products identified as "Scratch and Dent" within our "Clearance" collection.

United RV Shipping Insurance Policy

 At United RV Parts, we want every order to arrive safely and on time. To help protect your purchase during transit, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout.

All orders will automatically include shipping insurance by default when items are added to your shopping cart.

If you wish to remove shipping insurance from your order, you must first read and acknowledge the following disclaimer:

“Shipping insurance protects your package against loss or damage during transit. By choosing not to include insurance, United RV is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipping. You may still file a claim directly with the carrier.”

To opt out of shipping insurance, toggle the Shipping Insurance switch to the (left) off position.

Green indicates that shipping insurance is included.

Black indicates that shipping insurance has been removed.

Please read the details below to understand our policy and how to start a claim if necessary.

1. Coverage

Shipping insurance covers the following situations:

Shipments that are lost in transit

Damage to items in your shipment during transit, including visible and concealed damage.

This protection applies only to orders where shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.

 2. Cost of Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is calculated based on the total value of your order and is displayed as an optional line item during checkout. If you decline insurance, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs in transit.

 3. Filing a Claim

To start a claim for a lost or damaged shipment, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team by texting or calling 817-984-1852within 7 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damage, photos of the box and packing materials, etc..).

Claims will be reviewed and processed within 1-2 business days.

 If approved, we will offer a replacement item or a refund less the cost of shipping insurance.

 Please note the following:

Shipping insurance is 1-time use and is fulfilled when a claim is finalized and a replacement product is approved.

Any approved replacement items will not be insured unless you choose to insure the replacement product at the time the claim is processed

4. Exclusions

Shipping insurance does not cover any of the following:

  • Delays due to weather, customs, or courier service disruptions
  • Missed estimated delivery dates
  • Packages marked as delivered but sent to an incorrect address due to customer error
  • Items damaged by improper handling after delivery
  • Items stolen after delivery
  • Installation Issues
  • Manufacturer Defects / Manufacturer’s Warranty Issues
  • Reshipping costs & Restocking fees if the shipping address provided is invalid or “undeliverable”.

Uninsured Shipments

If you opt not to purchase shipping insurance, any loss or damage that occurs after the order has left our facility is not the responsibility of United RV Center.

You may still be able to pursue a claim with the shipping provider, but United RV Center will not participate in any settlement or remedy for uninsured shipments and will only provide a waiver of liability form to allow you to pursue partial reimbursement with the shipping carrier.

Returns

You can return items sold on unitedrvparts.com. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days. The customer pays the shipping cost on the return item. See below for our full return policy.

When you return an item, shipping and freight costs are non-refundable. If an item is unsatisfactory to the consumer, please call and talk to an online parts employee.

Cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer unless specified otherwise by a United RV online parts employee. When returning a product, please pack your item securely.

If you do not have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.

*Note:  All returns are subject to the following United RV return policies:

Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days in unused, new, 100% sellable condition and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Shipping charges are not refunded.

United RV cannot accept returns of electrical items.


United RV cannot accept returns of items that show signs of damage, wear, or use.
Items returned to United RV which are deemed un-returnable will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Scratch and Dent

Scratch and Dent items are sold “as is”. These items can not be returned. Items may not be returnable for “scratch and dent” damage to the exterior.

If the item does not functionally work and does not carry warranty then a refund will be available at the online parts teams’ discretion.
