The Suburban SW10D Gas Water Heater offers reliable performance and easy maintenance. Boasting a high-recovery 12,000 BTU/hour capacity, this model features a robust porcelain steel tank, efficient foam insulation, a generously sized drain, and a replaceable anode rod to combat corrosive electrolysis. Its one-piece, die-formed housing not only protects controls and connections but also allows for easy access. Designed to fit previous model cut-out openings, the access door and frame effortlessly install on any RV side. Gas ignition can be conveniently controlled by a switch positioned inside the RV (sold separately). It's important to have installation and servicing carried out by a qualified service technician. The water heater utilizes a porcelain-lined steel tank with an anode rod for corrosion prevention, similar to typical home water heaters. Pressure tested twice during manufacturing, it ensures integrity and offers an indoor-mounted switch for ignition control, available separately.
