On a non-ducted GE install, everything happens at one spot in the ceiling. Conditioned air leaves the rooftop unit and discharges straight into the living space through the RARMN1A, the return air pulls back through the same grille, and the controls sit right there too, which is why a non-ducted GE setup needs no separate wall thermostat.

That makes this assembly the wrong part for a ducted coach. If your ceiling has vents distributing air along the length of the rig, the air never passes through an assembly like this one, and you need the ducted version instead.

Look up at your ceiling before ordering. One outlet above the air conditioner means non-ducted. Several vents down the coach means ducted.
