WFCO Ultra Converter Replacement Kit makes it easy to replace certain brands of converters with a removable converter section. Easily upgrade the existing power center by removing the lower section of certain power center brands and slide in the WF-8900REP unit. This exchange upgrades the old single stage charger to a high-performance three-stage charging powerhouse.

• Reverse battery protection prevents permanent damage to the converter from an incorrect battery connection.
• Electronic current limiting automatically shuts down power during overload or short-circuit conditions.
  • Automatically returns to normal operation after conditions are corrected.
• Quiet operation with filtered power.
• Features over-current, over-temperature, over-voltage, and reverse polarity protection.
• Automatic three-stage converter charger, these modes include:
  • Absorption Mode/Normal Operation: nominal battery charge and supplies power to appliances.
    • 13.6 VDC output. Provides 12 VDC to RV appliances.
  • Bulk Mode/charge mode: Fast battery charge and supplies power to appliances.
    • 14.4 VDC output for up to 4 hours.
  • Float mode/trickle charge: Trickle battery charge during storage.
    • Charges the battery with 13.2 VDC trickle voltage. Reverts to "absorption mode" when sensing demand (ex: turning on lights).
